Biography

Gordon Li is a bass player from Melbourne, Australia. He is interested in creating improvised music drawing influences from jazz, ambient and contemporary classical sounds. Gordon’s debut album ‘Pale Green Sky’ was released earlier this year. 
 
As well as regular performances at various venues and stages across Melbourne, Gordon has embarked on multiple national and international tours. He has performed for projects at the Arts Centre Melbourne, the Recital centre, the Melba Speigeltent, Hamer Hall, Shanghai Opera House, the Exhibition Center as well as appearing at numerous festivals including Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Melbourne Fringe Festival, Melbourne Comedy Festival, Wangaratta Jazz Festival and Castlemaine Jazz Festival.
