Biography

Graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne University,  was awarded the 2012 Outstanding Creative Performance Award.

Composer, Arranger, Band Leader, was raised in a family of Asia's most famous musicians. Her first piano performance was at the age of 4, since then, began to explore the world of music, which entailed the exquisite skill of improvisation with the support and guidance of her father (Tom Menezes).  Setting her challenges to the world of jazz and contemporary music she toured extensively performing in Switzerland, Germany and Hong Kong, her career rapidly excelling as an Artist.

Her musicianship found her taking part in artistic activities from Jazz to pop including performances with American Jazz Bass player - Christian McBride. Her compositions were recorded in the USA, collaborating with Musicians: - 2014 Grammy Award winner Hussain Jiffry, Russell Ferrante (Yellow Jackets), Mike Shapiro, Oscar Seaton, Brandon Fields, Scott Mayo and Tony Guerrero.  The compositions originate from her ethnic heritage, providing the combination of Latin and Jazz grooves. Debut Album, “A Dream”, was released in early December 2015, the single “Waves of Seven” making it to # 5 on the Top Ten Regional Charts in Australia.
